Refund Policy

1. Introduction

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Payments are eligible for refunds within the first 7 days of using our Window Sticker Lookup service. No request for a refund will be acknowledged or approved after the 7 days have elapsed.
Revisions requested due to inaccurate information on a non-business working day (Saturday or Sunday) will not be carried out until the next business working day when the 48-hour window shall commence.
The time zone adopted in this policy is the New York time zone

2. Refund and Exchange Policy

Request for refunds will stand in the following events:
Technical Issues: If technical complications prevent the effective generation of window stickers and our support team is unable to rectify the issue in 48 hours, a partial refund may be granted.
Accidental Duplicate Purchases: Customers who inadvertently purchase duplicate window stickers for the same vehicle can request a refund.
Can’t provide the accurate sticker after multiple revisions: If, despite several revisions within 24 – 48 hours, we are unable to provide an accurate sticker that meets the customer’s requirements, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, based on the extent of the revisions made.
Refund requests for a branded or customized window sticker that is not delivered within 48 hours will only be eligible for a partial refund.

3. Exemptions

Eligibility for any refunds will not stand in the following events:

  • Wrong VIN, plate, or YMMT (Year, Make, Model, Trim) entry during window sticker generation.
  • The window sticker is already generated with accurate information.
  • A technical issue is resolved within 48 hours from the time the issue was reported.
  • The revised window sticker is delivered within 48 hours from when the inaccurate window sticker was generated.
  • Window stickers are branded or customized.
  • A refund request is over the 7-day Refund Window.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

We aim to process all refunds within two weeks (7 business working days). The amount will be refunded back to the original card used for payment, and timelines for that depend on the payment processor.
All customers will be shown their refund status via email and order tracking on the website.

5. Missing Refunds

If we have approved a refund but it has yet to reflect on your bank account, please contact your bank or credit card company first. It can take up to two weeks for the refund to process seamlessly.
